The Natural History Museum is located on the 2nd floor in the north wing of Heidecksburg Palace. It can only be accessed via stairs, unfortunately there is no lift.
We are working to create attractions for people with disabilities and to make exhibitions more accessible. However, we ask for your understanding if this is not possible everywhere due to the historical building.
